This lens is equipped with a variety of features and even design for maximum efficiency. Here are some of the resons the Fujinon 50-230mm XCis considered such a capable device.

Alternatively known as the Aspherical Fujinon Super EBC 50-230mm XCf/4.5-6.7 OIS II, this lens is not only highly functional but also quite affordable. From the name, you can tell that the lens is equipped with a variety of optical among other capabilities. For instance, the XC in the model name indicates that this a lower tier lens that comes at an acceptable price.

Similarly, you can tell that this lens is an aspherical type of lens which uses the aspherical shape properties to achiever sharper images. It hails from the XC series is Fuji’s series of plastic barreled lenses that are both inexpensive with great optical performance. The internal optical construction of this lens consists of 13 elements in 10 groups. As you use this tool to zoom, you will notice the body extend forward.

It is an upgrade of a first predecessor with a less pricey tag and a better optical design. Compatibility with the XA, and other X series Cameras from Fuji like the X-E2S or X-T2 make the Fujinon 50-230mm XCa versatile instrument.

Chromatic aberration is a major issue for different types of lenses. This is the purplish blue outline that appears along the edge of the subject in photographs. Using the XC 50-230 you may expect great shots with minimal chromatic aberration. There is minimal distortion when using this lens at the 50mm end.
